Carolyn Sue Elliott

Carolyn Sue Elliott, 78, went to her heavenly home on Tuesday, June 14, 2022. She was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother. She was a faithful Christian who gave her life to the Lord at the age of seven.

Carolyn was born on July 17, 1944 to Pete and Nola (Reber) French in Commerce, OK. She graduated from Wyandotte High School in 1962 and married the love of her life, Michael W. Elliott, January 26, 1964. She was always teaching children about the Lord both in Sunday school and as a director of West Siloam Springs AG Preschool for twelve years. She also loved playing the alto saxophone which she played faithfully in church until her stoke a year-and-a-half ago. She made and sold handmade jewelry and sold Stanley Home Products for over fifty years. She was quite the salesperson.

Carolyn is survived by her husband Michael: son-in-law and daughter, Darrell and Lynda Rice: and grandson, Garrett Rice all of Miami, OK. She was proceeded in death by her parents and brothers, Gary and Rick French.

Celebratiion of Life Services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, June 18, 2022 at Paul Thomas Funeral Home Chapel in Miami, OK. Rev. Kenneth Linn will officiate. Interment will be in the Fairland Cemetery in Fairland, OK. Family and friends are invited to attend visitation on Friday evening June17, 2022 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Paul Thomas Funeral Home Chapel in Miami, OK.
