JASPER COUNTY, Mo. – Former Pro-tem Purcell Mayor takes a plea deal to misdemeanor stealing.
A judge ordered Nancy Wilson to two years of unsupervised probation and restitution of $2,588. Prosecutors originally charged her with felony stealing.
Authorities say Wilson wrote checks from the City and deposited them in her own bank account in March and April of 2021.
