- 1C heavy cream
- 5 tbsp duck fat
- 1 1/2C white sugar
- 1/4C corn syrup
- 3 tsp fleu de del (salt)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract (one 1 vanilla bean)
- and a dash of bourbon
