Roberta was born October 10, 1957 in Bowling Green, OH to Robert and Lena Woodruff. She had lived in Quapaw for the past 35 years, moving from Ohio. She was a homemaker and a member of Highway Tabernacle in Quapaw, OK.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Edward Lovell and her parents.
Roberta is survived by 2 daughters, Nancy Skaguld of Buckeye, AZ and Patricia “Patty” Morrison of Commerce, OK, 1 brother, Robert Woodruff, Jr. of Georgia and 4 grandchildren.
