Randy Vern Cunningham, age 65, Joplin, passed away on Thursday, September 23, 2021 at Mercy of Joplin.
Randy was born July 14, 1956 in Joplin, son of the late Vernie Franklin Cunningham and Martha Vern (Bloomfield) Cunningham. He grew up in Joplin where he attended Lincoln High School. He was a lifelong resident of Joplin who was known by many and was also a friend to many. Randy worked for years at Joplin Sheltered Workshop. He was attending People Home Mission Church of Joplin.
In addition to his parents, Randy was preceded in death by three sisters, Charlotte Pliler, Norma Cunningham, and Anita Bishop.
Survivors include his brother, Mike Cunningham, and a sister, Nancy Rickey both of Joplin.
Memorial services will be Saturday, October 9, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at People Home Mission Church with Rev. Emul DeGonia officiating.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary.
