Clyde Lowell Sanders, 75, of Stella, Missouri, passed away on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at his home following a long illness.
He began his journey on April 15, 1946 in Stella, Missouri, born to the late Walter Crave and Eva Merle (Durham) Sanders. He worked at McDonnell Douglas and American Airlines in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Clyde owned and operated Sanders Construction for 45 years. He enjoyed ranching, fishing and hunting. Clyde was a member of the Racine Christian Church in Missouri.
Clyde was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Linda June Sanders; brothers, Robert Sanders, Dennis Sanders, R.L. Sanders and Tony Sanders.
Clyde is survived by the mother of his children, Anne Crowder-Sanders of Pineville, Missouri; his children, Scott Sanders (Yvonne) of Stella, Missouri, Steven Sanders of Hattiesburg, Mississippi, Sara Orr (Randy) of Miller, Missouri, Angie Irwin (DeWayne) of Hoberg, Missouri; brothers, Gene Sanders (Carolyn) of Stella, Missouri, Donnie Sanders of Aurora, Missouri, Darrell Sanders of Anderson, Missouri; grandchildren, Tosha Armstrong, Bryan Anderson, Shawn Orr, Ben Orr, Leah Orr, Lily Sanders, Ty Irwin (Megan), Zack Irwin (Amy); great grandchildren, Kamara, Desmond, Jayden, Brody, Remington and Allayna; as well as a host of other family, friends and neighbors who will dearly miss Clyde.
Graveside Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 am on Monday, August 2, 2021 at the Union Cemetery in Stella, Missouri. Those honoring his life by serving as pallbearers are Zack Irwin, Ty Irwin, Desmond Armstrong, Jayden Armstrong, Shawn Orr and Ben Orr.
