Authorities have raised the reward for information about a missing 4-year-old Missouri boy to $11,000.     Police say Darnell Gray was last seen Wednesday night at the Jefferson City apartment where he lives. Darnell’s father was at work when a woman who was caring for the boy reported him missing just before 7 a.m. Thursday.
