Remains Of World War II Veteran Will Be Returned To Southeast Kansas

    The remains of an Arcadia Kansas soldier killed in World War II will be laid to rest in Fort Scott Wednesday.     The Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency says the remains of 33-year-old Army Pfc. Leslie E. Shankles are being returned to his family for burial with full military honors.     Shankles remains were accounted for July 12.
