17-year-old Jacob Davis made his first court appearance via video today (June 21, 2018). On June 14th, 2018, Davis reportedly shot multiple times in the direction of five people near 407 N. Pearl Avenue in Joplin. Three of those people knew Davis and identified him as the shooter. Police arrested Davis on June 18th.
