Youngsters ages 4 through 8 will share their artistic insights through photography during a reception for the opening of the PhotoSpiva Kids 2014 exhibit at 2 p.m. Sunday at Spiva Center for the Arts, 222 W. Third St. The reception will include an awards ceremony for exhibit participants.
