A Missouri appeals court has overturned a ruling that the Joplin Police and Firemen’s Pension Fund must pay disability benefits at half pay. The Missouri Court of Appeals-Southern District also ordered other counts of the lawsuit filed by disabled fireman Tom Robertson and union firefighters that had been dismissed to be reinstated for hearings.
