  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 6 tablespoons aged balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove (peeled and halved)
  • 3/4 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon coriander
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoon black pepper, fresh

  • 1 cup of water or tomato juice.
  • 1 fl oz cold red wine vinegar

Below are the ingredients and items you’ll need for this recipe.

  • Steak of choice
  • Shrimp
  • Compound butter
  • Fresh herbs
  • Cast iron or heavy bottom skillet
  • large spoon
  • Cooling rack

All of the herbs Chef Anthony used today were grown by the PHS botany department. The steak and the shrimp come from Simon Market in Pittsburg.
