Polar Plunge for Kansas Special Olympics

PITTSBURG, Kan. — The water we hear is a chilly 35°. But today there are warm hearts as hundreds raise money for Special Olympics Kansas.

“We have police agencies from all over southeast Kansas participating along with Fire departments and a bunch of other orignazations. Going to be a great day to jump in some freezing cold water and raise a bunch of money and awareness for Special Olympic athletes. Come out and support the plungers.
