- 2 Qts. Chicken Stock
- 2 Small Diced Onions
- 1 Cup Small Diced Carrots
- 1 Cup Small Diced Celery
- 2 Chicken Leg Quarters — Pulled and Shredded
- 2 Cups Fresh or Frozen Egg Noodles
- 1 Tablespoon White Roux
