No one tests positive for HIV after syringes reused in Oklahoma

TAHLEQUAH, Okla. (AP) – Cherokee Nation officials in Oklahoma say more than 180 patients affected by a tribal hospital nurse improperly reusing syringes have been notified they can receive free blood tests and that no one has tested positive for HIV or hepatitis. Registration Open for Free Computers 101 Class

The Joplin Public Library is partnering with Neighborhood Adult Literacy Action (NALA) to provide an introductory-level computer course. Officials say adults who are new to using computers will learn basic computer skills such as clicking, tying and scrolling. The class will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, July 15th.
