CHEROKEE COUNTY, Kan. – A Webb City man will spend time behind bars for crimes in Cherokee County, Kansas.
A judge in Cherokee County District Court gave Larry D. Flowers a total of 56 months in prison. That’s about 4 and a half years.
Flowers, 39, of Webb City, Missouri, received:
- A 16-month sentence after pleading guilty to fleeing and attempting to elude law enforcement in April 2022
- Another 40-month sentence after pleading guilty to fleeing and attempting to elude law enforcement and possessing methamphetamine in August 2022.
The two sentences are consecutive, meaning Flowers will serve them one after the other.
The Cherokee County Attorney’s Office prosecuted the case. Flowers is in the Cherokee County Jail pending transfer to the Kansas Department of Corrections.
