It is that time of the year when we have many days with low clouds, drizzle and fog. That is what we have see so far this week.  We do have another bout of rain rolling in on Wednesday.  Staying mainly just cloudy until Wednesday evening, then showers will get going in our southern counties.

Periods of rain continue into Thursday morning.

Once we get into Thursday afternoon, just hit and miss scattered showers.  Here is the timing of our rain chances going up.

Also rainfall amounts should be decent which we need.  Now our northern counties not as much but still some rain.

We do get a break on Friday, then our next bout on Friday night and Saturday morning.  Again, most of this rain in the southern half of the region.

And of course tracking a storm system for Monday and Tuesday with possible thunderstorms!

Here is your long range forecast below.

Next Wednesday-Saturday:  Cold on Wednesday and Thursday.  A little warmer on Friday and Saturday with rain and even some snow chances.

December 18th-24th:  Chilly with slight chances for rain or snow on Sunday and Monday.  Warming up the second half of the week With rain chances by Christmas Eve into Christmas, possibly some snow as well.

December 25th-31st:  A chilly start to the week.  The second half of the week will be mild with rain and snow chances back in for Friday and Saturday.

January 1st-7th: Mainly a cold week with rain or snow chances on Monday.  Then mainly dry the rest of the week.

January 8th-14th:  A chilly week with rain or snow chances on Wednesday and Thursday, then again slight chances by the weekend.

January 15th-21st:  Warming up at the beginning of the week.  Rain chances on Tuesday and then a cooler second half of the week.  Rain or snow chances on Friday and Saturday.
