I hope you guys had a great holiday and stayed safe.  I am sure everyone feels oh maybe 5-7lbs larger ha ha.  We have more rain rolling in for the weekend.  Lets dig in.

Scattered showers develop by early afternoon.  The heavier more persistent rains will be after 3pm.  It really picks up by evening.

Periods of rain and even a little thunder through the night.  The rain will push out of the area by Sunday morning.

Mostly cloudy skies stick around for Sunday.  Here is a rain chances graphic for you to break down the time of this system.

I also think most of us will be in the 1/2″-1″ range.

Long range forecast is below.

Next Weekend:  Chilly with rain chances.

December 4th-10th: A chilly first half of the week but warming up toward the weekend with rain chances by the weekend.

December 11th-17th:  Turning colder with rain or snow chances on Sunday. Another system in on Wednesday and Thursday with rain or snow chances.  Staying cool into the weekend.

December 18th-24th: Warming back up the first half of the week with rain and snow chances on Thursday and Friday and turning sharply colder heading into Christmas eve.

December 25th-31st: Warming up at the beginning of the week then much colder for the second half of the week.  Rain and snow chances on Tuesday and Wednesday and then again for New Years Eve.
