Allene J. Wahl, 93 of Pittsburg, KS died on October 24, 2022 at Accession Via Christi Hospital in Pittsburg.

She was born December 20, 1928 in Kansas City, MO, the daughter of David and Ethel (Gregory) Price.
She was a high school graduate from Northeast High School in Kansas City, MO.

Allene was united in marriage to Robert Wahl in Miami, OK, he preceded her in death on May 3, 2005.
She had a servant heart who enjoyed caring for others. She worked as a private nurse aid for the elderly for many years.

Allene was a member of the Daughters of Rebekah women’s group. She collected dolls and Santa figurines.

Survivors include 3 daughters; Patty Gerlt of Claycomo, MO, Denise Duff of Columbia, MO, Rozie Mein of Pittsburg, KS, 12 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild and many nieces and nephews.

Allene was preceded in death by her parents; David Price, Ethel Chunn, Step-Dad; Ed Chunn, son; Mark Redenbaugh, 2 sisters; Shirley Crabtree Barbara Young and son; Earl Wayne Redenbaugh.

Funeral Services will be held at 2 pm on Friday, October 28, 2022 at Bath-Naylor Funeral Home, Pittsburg, KS. Burial will follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery.

Family will receive friends prior to the service at 1 pm at the funeral home.
