JOPLIN, Mo. – The Joplin City Council is meeting today to discuss the possible implementation of a Top-Golf concept at the sight of Range Line Golf Center.
Officials say the council will consider a rezoning request to transform a zone from a single-family residential space to commercial usage at 1911 and 2001 North Range Line Road.
George Michalopoulus, a representative of the property says he wishes to incorporate the existing driving range into a Top-Golf concept called “Long Shots.”
Michalopoulus stated they would like to keep the 9-hole golf course as well as the putt-putt area for kids.
