COLUMBUS, Kan. — There are so many things happening during the Columbus Days Festival it’s almost overwhelming!
FRIDAY, OCT 7
- Noon – 3 p.m. flying big kites! Come and see! Learn about wind currents and how to operate them!
- 6:45 p.m. Hot Air Balloon Glow at the industrial park, turn at McDonalds, “S. Hwy 69 & Merle Evans Drive, around 6:45 pm. Weather permitting. $5.00 car pass will cover all balloon event parking Please have correct amount.” — COLUMBUS DAYS
Saturday morning about 7 a.m. the Hot Air Balloon Regatta. Multiple balloons will take off, weather permitting. Then a whole day of events including the Farm Show.
