David Timothy Daugherty of Fairland, OK passed from this life Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at his home. He was 75.

David was born December 27, 1946 in Miami, OK to Wylie L. and Anna P. (Hannebohn) Daugherty. He had lived in Ottawa County all his life. He graduated from Wyandotte High School class of 1965 and served in the U.S. Army with Stratcom Signal Battalion. David was a supervisor operator for Eagle – Picher Boron Plant (Ceradyn 3M) in Quapaw, OK. He was of Baptist f ith and a member of the Shawnee Tribe.

David was preceded in death by 1 son, Eric James Daugherty, his parents, 2 brothers, Kenneth Charles Daugherty and Ralph Edward “Doc” Daugherty and 2 sisters, Helen Jane Simpson and Wylia Sullivan.

David married Dee Ann (Walker) Daugherty September 28, 1968 and she survives of the home. Additional survivors include 1 daughter, Erin Dawn Corbit and husband Sean of Quapaw, OK, 1 brother, Wendell Lloyd Daugherty of Pueblo, CO, 1 sister, Judy Ohlmann of Mesa, AZ and 4 grandchildren, Kaleb Scott Daugherty, Sydney Ann Corbit, Emalee Dawn Corbit and Gracie Marie Corbit and 1 great grandson, Oakley Scott Daugherty.
