Patricia Ann Caswell of Baxter Springs, KS passed from this life Sunday, September 18, 2022 at Quaker Hill Nursing Home in Lowell, KS. She was 82.

Patricia was born May 22, 1940 in Picher, OK to Claude Leslie and Freda (Hanrihan) Carroll. She had lived in the Picher and Baxter Springs area all her life. Patricia was a cosmetologist working at Jeannie’s in Miami, OK and she owned and operated Baxter Styling and Tanning in Baxter Springs, KS. She was a member of First Christian Church in Baxter Springs, KS and was a member of the church choir.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers, John Carroll and Leslie Carroll and 4 sisters, Dixie Johnson, Emily Dempsey, Peggy Cox and Margaret Edwards.

Patricia is survived by 2 sons, Brian Caswell and wife Gretchen of Baxter Springs, KS and Jon Caswell of Dallas, TX.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m., Friday, September 23, 2022 at First Christian Church in Baxter Springs, KS. Pastor Cody Graves will officiate. Interment will be in Baxter Springs Cemetery in Baxter Springs, KS. Jim Testerman, Rob Testerman, Max Shuck, Bob Weaver, Bert Kellum and John Gaines will serve as pallbearers. Brad Pugh and Rick Castor will serve as honorary pallbearers. The family will receive friends from 10 to 11:00 a.m. Friday at the church prior to services.
