Bethany Faith Bogart, 17, Bronaugh, MO passed away Monday, September 12, 2022.  Bethany was born in Nevada on March 26, 2005 to Kyle and Kimberly Dawn (Lefevre) Bogart. Bethany was a lifelong resident of Bronaugh and was currently a senior in the Bronaugh High School class of 2023.    Bethany enjoyed showing pigs, rabbits, and cake decorating in 4-H.  She also loved FFA.  Her favorite flower was the sunflower, much like her bright personality.  She loved all sports and was willing to try them all out.  She had participated in basketball, volleyball, football, soccer, cheerleading, gymnastics, and track.  She was always smiling and enjoyed making others laugh.

She enjoyed working with children.  She was currently taking childcare classes in preparation for a teaching career.

Bethany is survived by her mother, Kimberly Somers (Junior) of the home in Bronaugh; her father, Kyle Bogart, Bronaugh; brother, Cody Bogart; step-brothers and step-sisters, Star Somers, Shyann Somers, Alex Somers, Kira Lehmann, Bo Somers; grandparents, Paul and Suzanne Bogart and Randy Lefevre, Bronaugh; several aunts, uncles, and nieces.  She was preceded by her grandmother, Elaine Lefevre.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 15, 2022 at Ferry Funeral Home, Nevada, with Ed Post officiating.  Interment will follow in Worsley Cemetery, Bronaugh.  The family will receive friends from 5-7:00 pm on Wednesday evening at Ferry Funeral Home.  Memorials to the Bronaugh R-7 Scholarship Fund are suggested and may be made in c/o Ferry Funeral Home.
