Richard Hollis age 68 passed peacefully on June 16, 2022. Richard was born January 14, 1954 in Joplin MO, Son of the late Jack Hollis and Ginger Hollis. In addition to his mother and father he was preceded in death by his wife Diana Hollis and daughter Lisa Hollis.

Richard is survived by his son Daniel Hollis, daughter Christina Stephens and husband Alex; 2 step daughters Beth Marsac and Sara Hamlet; three grandchildren Brenton Brooklyn and Bryce; siblings Dallas Hollis, Jack Hollis Jr, Linda Dinwiddie, Kalle Laubhan, Tracy Hayes and Robert Hayes.

After Richard was born he moved to southern California where he lived until around 1985 when he moved back to Joplin. He worked as a machinist for about 30 years starting at the age of 16.

Rick enjoyed listening to music and spending time with his grandchildren.
