Harry Glenn Bogart

Harry Glenn Bogart was born Wednesday, May 19, 1943 to Harry Bogart and Opal Holland Bogart. He passed from this life on Saturday, June 18, 2022 at his home near Bronaugh, Mo.

He married and is survived by Saundra Sue Shaw on September 5th 1964 (58 years) in Bronaugh Mo. They lived a wonderful life on their farm and raised 2 awesome children. He is survived by a family that loved him very much. His Daughter, Sherry Bogart Brown (Lewis) of Bronaugh, His son Ron Bogart (Nancy) of Nixa and Grandchildren Derek Brown (Rauni) of Bronaugh, Alexis Brown, Alex Bogart, Zak Bogart, Ben Bogart and Annya Bogart all of Nixa. He also has 2 precious great grandchildren Lorelei and Carter Brown of Bronaugh. He is survived by 2 sisters, Lula Shaw and Carrie Houdeshell. Harry is proceeded in death by his parents, one brother and 2 sisters.

Harry graduated from Bronaugh School 1961. He started working at Pohl Construction in 1958 and worked construction for 44 years. He loved driving around town and pointing out the concrete that he helped finish in homes and businesses in the community. Harry was a life long farmer, share cropping large acreage and farmed their 80 acres where he raised pigs, cows, chickens and horses and provides some of the best fishing and hunting for him and his grandchildren. In his retirement he became a bus driver and mechanic. His bus fleet received several safety awards. He was an elder at Bronaugh Christian Church where he has attended for many years.

Graveside services will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, June 24, 2022 at Worsley Cemetery in Bronaugh with Pastor Nick Hardison and Ron Bogart officiating. The family will receive friends from 5-7:00 p.m. on Thursday evening from 5-7:00 p.m. at Ferry Funeral Home in Nevada.
