Carol June Boyer, 61, passed away June 11, 2022 at Mercy Hospital in Joplin after a long illness.

Carol June Camp was born June 3, 1961 in Chickasha, OK the daughter of Beryl and Gayle (Derickson) Camp. She enjoyed going to the creek, being with family, and loved spending time with her grandchildren. Carol could smell a good yard sale from a mile away and she had to stop and shop. She had an amazing green thumb and ways able to grow things that weren’t indigenous to this area.

Survivors include her children, Anthony Boyer, Seneca, MO, Amanda Teich, Neosho, MO, Terry Boyer, Seneca, MO, Caleb Boyer, Seneca, MO, Smantha Wagner and husband Josh, Seneca, MO, Joshua Boyer, Seneca, MO; siblings, Mary Kimbrough, Seneca, MO, Phyllis Winklmaier, Loveland, CO,Jimmie Shipp, Joplin, MO and Terry Derickson; 7 grandchildren and one great-grandson and a host of extended family and friends.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents Beryl and Gayle Camp and sister Debbie Camp.

The body has been taken for cremation under the direction of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca, MO.

The family will hold a celebration of life services at a later date.
