Armed Robbery at Stones’s Corner Subway restaurant; Suspect fled in dark grey vehicle

AIRPORT DRIVE, Mo. – Just after 8:30 a.m. Tuesday reports of an Armed Robbery at Subway in the Stone’s Corner Plaza, 6019 N Main St., alerted local authorities.

“Reported that a black male dressed in a gray hoody with Air Jordan written across the back, a red COVID mask and faded jeans, brandished a firearm during the robbery. The suspect demanded all the stores money.” – JASPER COUNTY SHERIFF’S

The suspect fled the area in a dark grey passenger vehicle which deputies distributed images late Tuesday afternoon.

“The vehicle appears to be a newer dark grey Chrysler 300 with dark tinted windows and it possibly has an Oklahoma license plate on its rear bumper.”

No one was hurt during the incident. The restaurant remained closed as of noon Tuesday. However they reopened for normal business sometime in the afternoon Tuesday.
