PITTSBURG, Kan. – The MIAA released its all-conference baseball awards on Thursday afternoon. Seven from Pittsburg State earned All-MIAA honors this spring – including Garrett McGowan, who is a unanimous 1st team All-MIAA selection and made the MIAA Gold Glove team at first base.
McGowan hit .410 this season with 19 doubles and 16 home runs. He tied for the MIAA lead with 75 RBI for the Gorillas in 47 games.
