Martha Jane Farrahi of Miami, OK passed from this life Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at Freeman Hospital in Joplin, MO. She was 79.
Martha was born September 16, 1942 in Miami, OK to Harley Leroy and Retha (Hardy) Austin. She grew up in the Miami area before moving to California where she lived for 30 years. She moved to Cincinnati, OH where she lived several years before returning to Miami in 2006.
Martha worked as a manager for K Mart and was a member of Liberty Baptist Church and T.O.P.S. in Miami, OK.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, James Austin and her sister, Patricia Eads.
Martha is survived by Ken Prescott of the home, 2 daughters, Sheila Kelly of Modesto, CA and Susan Farrahi of Pacific Grove, CA, 1 grandson, Dustin Kelly of Modesto, CA and 3 great-grandchildren, Caleb Kelly, Johnathan Kelly and Leah Kelly.
