Chef Anthony makes a Gazpacho soup for you to try at home

Chef Anthony stops by Studio K and makes a Gazpacho soup. Want to make the soup yourself? Here is the recipe:

  • 10 oz of tomatoes, peeled and chopped fine.
  • 4 oz of cucumbers, peeled and chopped fine.
  • 1 oz of green peppers, peeled and chopped fine.
  • 1/4 T crushed garlic.
  • 1 cup of water or tomato juice.
  • 1 fl oz cold red wine vinegar
  • 1 fl oz olive oil
  • to taste: salt & pepper
  • to taste: cayenne or hot red pepper
  • to taste: lemon juice or vinegar
