- 10 oz of tomatoes, peeled and chopped fine.
- 4 oz of cucumbers, peeled and chopped fine.
- 1 oz of green peppers, peeled and chopped fine.
- 1/4 T crushed garlic.
- 1 cup of water or tomato juice.
- 1 fl oz cold red wine vinegar
- 1 fl oz olive oil
- to taste: salt & pepper
- to taste: cayenne or hot red pepper
- to taste: lemon juice or vinegar
