A few systems we’re watching on the weekly planner

The updated weekly planner has a few systems that we’ll continue to track over the next few days. The first system comes in with a batch of moisture that will give us areas of sleet and snow late Wednesday morning and into Wednesday afternoon. After a bit of a lull, we’ll have another batch of moisture give us moderate sleet and some freezing rain Thursday morning. This will end as lighter snow showers Thursday afternoon before the system clears out by Thursday night. After that, we’ll watch a quick and weak wave that could give us a few snow showers on Saturday. As for temperatures, we’ll stay in the 20s for Wednesday and Thursday. Returning partly sunny skies will send highs back near 30° for Friday. Even with a chance for a few snow showers, we’ll trend a bit milder for Saturday with highs in the upper 30s. Thankfully, we’ll head back into the 50s for both Sunday and Monday and trend even milder for Tuesday with highs in the middle 60s.
