GALENA, Kan. – Galena Kansas Public Library hosts Kansas Day-inspired storytime.
Every week, the library hosts a 30-minute storytime. Parents and young ones are welcome to enjoy different books, songs, crafts and snacks.
“This week we chose to focus on Kansas Day, which is Saturday,” stated DeAnn Whited, Galena Librarian. “We just wanted to use this time to familiarize our young early readers with our Kansas facts, symbols and also the importance of the state.”
