CRAIG COUNTY, Okla. – One man is dead following a crash between a semi and a sedan in Craig County. According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, 29-year-old Lance Powell of Afton was westbound on U.S. 60 when he crossed the center line and hit a semi truck head on. Officials say Powell was pinned in his vehicle. He was pronounced dead on the scene by Mercy EMS. The driver of the semi truck was not injured.

DELAWARE COUNTY, Okla. – One person is dead and two others injured following a crash Sunday afternoon in Delaware County. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 25-year-old Haleigh Witt of Locust Grove, Oklahoma was killed in the crash. The driver of the other car was taken by helicopter to Washington Regional Hospital in Fayetteville, the passenger of that car was taken by ambulance to Mercy Hospital in Joplin. OHP says they’re still investigating what caused the crash.

LARNED, Kan. – The Kansas Bureau of Investigation, The Larned Police Department and the Pawnee County Sheriff’s Office are investigating after three people are found dead inside their Larned, Kansas home. On Saturday night just after 9:00pm, the Larned Police Department received a 911 call from a man who found the people in the home at 524 Park Street. 44-year-old Shala Smith, 44-year-old Jon Smith, and 12-year-old Carver Smith all died from gunshot wounds. The KBI was called in to assist in the investigation, and that investigation is on-going.

WEBB CITY, Mo. – The Mount Hope Church of Christ’s coffee shop is helping raise money to send some of its students to a special event. Winterfest is taking place in Arlington, Texas, which hosts students from a number of churches nationwide. The Junior High and High School students at Mount Hope were working hard Saturday to raise funds so they can get down there. Each student needs to riase $140-dollars to cover travel costs.
