Vickie Gayleen Perriman

Vickie Gayleen Gillmore Perriman was born to W.J. & Aileen Gillmore of Picher, OK on August 3, 1955 until she passed from this life after a lengthy illness on December 27, 2021, at the age of 66 years old.

She grew up in Picher, OK when the family wasn’t traveling for work – her father was a miner. She attended many different schools, but she attended Picher Elementary & Picher High School in Picher, OK. She loved being a Picher Gorilla! She lived in many different place including Illinois and Texas, but as life went on she found her way back to her hometown of Picher, OK where she was the owner of Country Girls Café until the buyout ended that part of her life. Her and Sonny then moved to Fairland, OK where she enjoyed her family & friends and watched most of her grandkids and great grandkids grow up. She also enjoyed visiting with her neighbors.

Vickie is preceded in death by her parents, W.J. and Aileen Gillmore; one brother, William Gillmore; two sisters, Billie Gillmore and Mary Gillmore Sallee; and other family.

Survivors include Sonny Perriman of the home; one son, Billy Holder and wife Tonya and family of Grove, OK; one daughter Katrina Perales and husband Presentation and family of Miami, OK; and one sister, Claudia Gillmore Mace and family of Indianola, IA; and many other family members such as Gillmores, Powers, Garners, and Flowers families, and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held on January 8, 2022 from 1-3:00 PM at the United in Christ Church, 609 Main Street, Quapaw, OK. Online condolences may be expressed at www.derfeltfuneralhomes.com.
