ELK COUNTY –  The Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI) identify the second man shot and killed in Elk County.

Police identify Longton, Kansas residents Robert S. Sticker (57) and Dewayne L. Smith (55) as the two shooting victims.

According to the authorities, the suspect shot and killed the victims outside a home in Longton on December 23rd.

The suspect of the shooting died from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound, however, the investigation is ongoing.
