Riley Leo Wishon, age 93, of Marionville, Missouri, passed away at 10:50 a.m. on Wednesday, December 22, 2021, at his home. He was born September 14, 1928, in Aurora, Missouri, the son of Riley Wilson and Ida Faye (Parks) Wishon.

Riley was a graduate of Aurora High School and worked for Juvenile Shoe Factory in Aurora. He was of the Baptist faith.

On July 1, 1950, he married Nellie Marie Gardner, in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. She preceded him in death on March 4, 1997.

Riley is survived by three daughters, Donna Gillespie and her husband, Jim, of Aurora, Sherry Ernest and her husband, Jim, of Aurora and Rebecca Webb and her husband, Joe, of Crane, Missouri; five grandchildren, Brad Gillespie and his wife, Sarah, B.J. White, Joe Webb and his wife, Chasidi, Cary White and Sarah Lasiter and her husband, Shannon; six great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; one sister-in-law, Sharon Wishon, and several nieces and nephews.

Riley was preceded in death by his parents, Riley, and Ida; his wife, Nellie and four sisters and two brothers.

A graveside service, under the direction of the Williams Funeral Home, in Marionville, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 27, 2021, at the Maple Park Cemetery in Aurora, Missouri.
