Community dinners for Christmas 2021

Once again, volunteers and organizations are providing free, community meals to fellow 4-Staters this holiday season. Below are a few for 2021. If your organization has a Christmas dinner you would like to add to this list, please email sstrader@koamnewsnow.com.

MONETT, Mo. 

  • First United Methodist Church – 1600 N. Central Avenue
    •  Linn Thorton Memorial Christmas Lunch – Wednesday, December 25 from  11:00 am to 2:00 pm (or until they run out)
    • There is no transportation service for this meal, and if you need a boxed meal delivered to you in Monett or Pierce City, please call before 11:00 a.m. on December 25th: 417.489.2614. If your call is not answered, please leave a message with your name and phone number.
    • Financial Donations to fund the dinner are begin accepted at the Monett branch of Freedom Bank.

CARL JUNCTION, Mo.

  • Carl Junction Community Center – 303 N. Main Street
    • Please join The Asbell Foundation from 11 am to 1 pm on December 25th for a Free Community Christmas Dinner at the Carl Junction Community Center
      • Can’t attend? Deliveries can be made and pick-up orders are available upon request.

NEOSHO, Mo.

  • The Civic – 109 W. Main
    • KNEO Radio is hosting the Community Christmas Dinner at The Civic on Christmas day, December 25, from 11 am to 2 pm
    • Everyone is welcome!
