Deborah Lucille Todd, 65, of Augusta, Kansas passed away on Saturday, November 6, 2021. She was born on March 1, 1956 to Merven Eugene and Edith Lucille Shipman in Winfield, KS. Deborah grew up in Howard, KS but eventually made her way to El Dorado, KS where she raised her two children Chris and Polly. She was the rock of her family, not only holding the title of Mom, but of Grandma as well. She was devoted to attending her family’s events whether it was a concert or a ballgame. If she couldn’t make it in person, she was watching the livestream without a doubt. Her organizational skills allowed her to carefully keep the books for her husband Robert’s roofing business for 37 years. When she wasn’t devoting her time to her family, Deborah also enjoyed the outdoors, gardening and watching the Red Birds.
Deborah is survived by her husband Robert Todd, her children Chris (Susan) Shipman and Polly (Brian) Funk, grandchildren Lexi, Leah, Kale, Aimee, Abbigail and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings Dale Shipman, Dallas Shipman and Delores Hallman.
Funeral services will be held for Deborah on Thursday, November 11, 2021 at Countryside Funeral Home in Howard, KS at 11 am with interment to follow at Grace Lawn Cemetery in Howard.
