Judith Ann Miller of Albuquerque, NM passed from this life at her home Wednesday, November 3, 2021. She was 80.
Judith Ann was born October 26, 1941 in Welch, OK to Ernestine Von “Turk” and Nanna Pearl (Ingram) Miller. She attended school in Commerce, OK before moving to Grants, NM. She graduated Grants High School in 1958. She had lived in Albuquerque for the past 58 years.
Judith Ann had worked as the comptroller for Chavez Concrete in Albuquerque for 12 years before her retirement.
She was preceded in death by her son Patrick Von Smith, her parents, Turk and Pearl Miller and her best friend Joanne Strickland.
Judith Ann is survived by her daughter, Kellie Ann Custer of Albuquerque, NM, 2 sons, Scott Smith and his wife Yvette of Albuquerque, NM and Wayne Smith and his wife Kathy of Boulder City, CO, her granddaughter, Chelsea Ann Weir and her husband Jarred of Spring, TX and 2 great-granddaughters, Chandler Pearl Weir and Caroline Noel Weir.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 12, 2021 at Paul Thomas Funeral Home Chapel in Miami, OK with Pastor Howie Moss and Pastor Leon Weece officiating. Interment will follow in Welch Cemetery, Welch, OK with Scott Smith, Wayne Smith, Jarred Weir, Lovell McMillin, Wendell Dean Metzen, John Ingram, George Ingram, H.C. “Butch” Ingram, Paul Ingram Thomas, Donnie Miller, Jackie Miller, Tommy Miller, Michael Miller, Greg Miller, Stan Miller and Rex Porter serving as pallbearers and honorary pallbearers. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6 – 7 p.m. at Paul Thomas Funeral Home Chapel in Miami, OK.
