Wanda G. Gough

Wanda G. Gough, 73, of Galesburg, passed away at 10:30 a.m., Monday, November 1, 2021 at her home.

She was born March 25, 1948 at Independence, KS, a daughter of Ted LeRoy and Genevieve (Blackburn) March. She was raised in Dennis and Parsons and graduated from the Labette County Community High School in 1966. She was employed at the I.M.I. Printing Company and later became a home maker.

On July 9, 1972 she was united in marriage to Bernard Lee Gough at Miami, OK. He survives of the home.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church at Parsons. She enjoyed making canvas crafts and fishing.

In addition to her husband, survivors include: two sons – Dale Gough, and his wife, Lara, Of Parsons, KS; Darin Gough, of Iola, KS; two daughters – Brenda Tucker, and her husband, Mark, of Bella Vista, AR, Tonya Council, of Chanute, KS; fourteen grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; two brothers – Carl March, of Wichita, KS, Larry March, of Cherryvale, KS; one sister – Delores March, of Parsons, KS. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother – Kenneth March.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, November 6, 2021 at the Carson-Wall Funeral Home with Marty Warren officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Hope Cemetery at Galesburg. The family will receive friends from 7:00 until 8:00 Friday evening at the funeral home.
