JOPLIN, Mo. — The United Way of Southwest Missouri and Southeast Kansas kicked off its 2021 Campaign today with a drive-thru agency rally.

This was the first year they hosted a drive thru rally, which took place at Missouri Southern’s Robert W. Plaster Sports Complex.
