NEVADA, Mo. — A major bridge construction project in nevada could impact your commute.

Work on the Austin Street Bridge started this week. Construction is paid by MODOT and features a new street surface, installation of new barrier walls, sidewalks, lighting, fences and guardrails.

Projected completion is in spring of 2022.
