Bently Frank Reisch, 87, a longtime area resident passed away at home on Tuesday, June 1, 2021. Bently was born on October 17, 1933 in Adair, Oklahoma to Amos and Verna (Dobbs) Reisch. Mr. Reisch was a veteran of the United States Army where he had spent time in Germany. Upon his return he went to work at B.F. Goodrich for thirty-two years as a tire builder, then went to work for Twin Bridges State Park as one of the Grounds Keepers for nine years, then spent ten years working with his son on his son’s ranch. Bently was preceded in passing by his parents Amos and Verna Reisch, His wife Janene Reisch, and a sister Shirley Thomas.
Survivors include his daughter Melissa Franklin and her husband Shannon, his son Travis Reisch and his wife Laurie, along with his grandchildren Cody Price, Courtney Franklin, Rhett Reisch and Makayla Vail.
Graveside services are 10:00 AM, Saturday, June 5, 2021 at Ottawa Indian Cemetery east of Miami under the care of Brown-Winters Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Miami.
