Arthella B. Eby, 80 of Quapaw, OK passed from this life on Sunday, May 30, 2021 at Mercy Hospital, Joplin, MO.
Arthella was born May 6, 1941 in Vernal, UT to the union of Robert Dallas and Althea (Rogers) Bodily. Arthella was united in marriage to Paul Ray Eby on March 8, 1966 in Las Vegas, NV. He preceded her in death on August 24, 2017. Arthella was a homemaker loving and caring for her family and friends. She was a member of the Church of Latter-Day Saints, Miami, OK. Arthella enjoyed crocheting, quilting and doing diamond print artwork.
Arthella is preceded in death by her parents; husband; brother, Verl Bodily; two sisters, Leola Atwood, and Loreane Burns.
Arthella is survived by two sons, Doug Eby of Clinton, UT, and Jay Bodily of Quapaw, OK; two daughters, Sheri Stinson and husband Barry of Quapaw, OK, and Daunetta Larson-Pusey and husband Doug of Provo, UT; brother, Clayton Bodily and wife Marge of Indiana; sister, Elma Powell of Utah; along with many grandchildren and great children and extended family.
Arthella has been entrusted to Derfelt’s Baxter Chapel for cremation. Family will hold a service at a later date. Online condolences may be expressed at www.derfeltfuneralhomes.com.
