JOPLIN, Mo. – Volunteers came out to Landreth Park Saturday to work on cleaning up after Thursday’s flooding. The Joplin Little League says this is the worst flooding they’ve ever experienced. They say everything is fixable, but to do so will take a lot of time and money, which is difficult because they are a non profit. They hope by cleaning up, they can get ready to play again by Tuesday night. But they say that eventually they will need to move to a new home.
