WASHINGTON, D.C. – President Biden is promising to help india deal with an explosion of covid-19 cases. The White House says the U.S. is working around the clock to send drugs, rapid tests, PPE and ventilators as hospitals there struggle to treat a flood of patients.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – A new CBS news poll shows 6 in 10 Americans plan to get vaccinated against covid-19 or have already had at least one shot. That leaves 40 percent of people saying either “maybe” or “no.” The CDC says more than five million
Americans have skipped getting their second dose of the vaccine.

JOPLIN, Mo. – ON Sunday, two veterans were met with a big surprise. What was supposed to be just a hunting trip turned into much more with the help of a local limo company. The company coordinated a surprise meet and greet, which allowed many in the Joplin community to come out and personally thank the veterans for their service. Veterans say sometimes they can feel forgotten about, this event showed them they aren’t. Following the surprise greeting, the veterans were transported to their hunting spot, giving them a chance to explore the great outdoors of the four states.

JOPLIN, Mo. – Saturday Freeman held a race for autism awareness. More than 700 people registered for the event, which raises money for their program development and scholarship fund. The run had to be virtual last year, and they say they’re excited to be back in person for it this year.
