Missouri voters approve constitutional Amendment 2, allowing “permit state-licensed physicians to recommend marijuana for medical purposes to patients with serious illnesses and medical conditions.” More than two million residents voted on Amendment 2 with 65.542% of those people voting ‘Yes’ on the measure.
