Oklahoma Voters To Decide School Spending Question

    Oklahoma Governor Mary Fallin says a voters will get to decide the fate of a proposal designed to give the state’s school districts the flexibility to use property tax revenue for classroom needs.     Fallin issued a proclamation Thursday that places the measure, State Question 801, on the November 6 general election ballot.      The measure was approved by the Legislature earlier this year.     If approved by v…
