Authorities have arrested a Coffeyville Kansas Police officers accused of domestic battery.     The officer, Jason Davis, has been placed on unpaid administrative leave pending an investigation.     Davis was arrested by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Tuesday evening and charged with domestic battery.      The Coffeyville Police Department responded to a domestic disturbance call at 10:00 p.m. on July 10th to…
